Everything you need to know about working with us: services, pricing, process, and what to expect.

Getting started. The basics.

Markemedia offers three core service pillars: Digital Marketing (brand strategy, creative design, web development, paid media, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and reputation management), Marketing Automation (operations architecture, email infrastructure, workflow automation, platform integration, and intelligent automation), and Lead Generation (traffic acquisition, vertical expertise in regulated industries, performance-based commercial models, conversion engineering, and audience intelligence). Each pillar works independently or as part of an integrated system.
We operate from two hubs: Tallinn, Estonia (our EU headquarters with full VAT compliance and GDPR-native operations) and Hong Kong (our APAC and North America hub). This dual presence gives us global timezone coverage and local regulatory expertise across key markets.
We specialise in regulated and compliance-sensitive industries (financial services, entertainment, lifestyle, alternative verticals) where campaigns need to be jurisdiction-aware and geo-targeted. We also work with B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, and professional services brands. Our approach adapts to any industry that values measurable outcomes and operational rigour.

Investment and commitment.

We offer multiple commercial models depending on the engagement. Retainer engagements start from €5,000/month and are tailored based on scope, channels, and complexity. For lead generation and traffic acquisition, we also work on performance models — CPA (cost per acquisition), revenue share, and hybrid structures where our incentives are aligned with your outcomes. Project-based pricing is available for specific deliverables like platform migrations or campaign launches.
Yes, our minimum engagement is 3 months. Marketing systems take time to build, optimise, and deliver compounding results. A 3-month commitment ensures we can deliver meaningful impact, iterate on learnings, and demonstrate clear ROI before you decide on next steps.
Yes. We work with funded startups (Series A and beyond) that have product-market fit and are ready to scale their marketing infrastructure. If you're pre-revenue or still validating your market, we may not be the right fit yet, but we're always happy to have an initial conversation and advise where we can.

How we work. What to expect.

Our process follows four phases: Discovery (audit your current state and define strategy), Build (set up infrastructure, creative assets, and automation), Launch (execute campaigns and activate systems), and Scale (optimise, expand, and compound results). Each phase has clear deliverables, milestones, and review points.
Timelines vary by channel. Paid media and outbound campaigns can show initial results within 2–4 weeks. SEO and content systems typically take 3–6 months to compound. Marketing automation ROI becomes visible within the first 60 days as manual work is eliminated and lead handling improves.
We provide real-time dashboards, weekly async updates, and monthly strategy calls. Every metric ties back to business outcomes: pipeline generated, revenue influenced, return on investment. No vanity metrics, no black boxes. You have full visibility into what we're doing and why.

Collaboration and tools.

We're platform-agnostic and adapt to your existing stack. Common tools in our workflows include HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Make.com, Monday.com, Smartlead, and various analytics platforms. If you're starting from scratch, we'll recommend the right stack for your scale and budget.
Absolutely. We embed into your existing workflow, whether Slack, shared boards, or standups. We're not a black-box agency. Think of us as an extension of your team with specialist expertise you can tap into on demand.
Yes. Many clients start with a single pillar, say marketing operations, and layer in digital marketing or lead generation once the foundation is solid. Our modular approach is designed for exactly this. Start where it matters most and scale from there.
